Nag Tibba

Situtated at a distance of 57km from Mussoorie it is the highest peak in the lesser Himalayan region of Uttarakhand.

It has an elevation of 3048 meters.

The trek is accomplished from two sides - It is shorter via Pantwari (8km) as compared to Devalsari route(13km). However, in our experience the approach from devalsari is more picturesque and recommended.The trail could be easily completed in 5-6 hours from pantwari and about 8 to 9 hours from devalsari ~, providing views of lush green valleys, hushed hamlets and conifers and oak forest.

Nag Tibba is amongst three principal ranges of the Lesser Himalayas.

Dayara Bhugyal

Dayara Bhugyal trek is an easy trek and highly recommended for beginners. The trail is straight and simple with views of open land and dense forest and ends in lush green meadows.

Daraya Bugyal receives heavy snowfall in winters and thus has various campsites at every base, whereas during summers trekkers can get their own camps and camp near water sources.

The trek takes about 4 days which includes travel from Mussoorie to Basru Village which is also considered the base camp of the trek.

It takes around 5-6 hours to reach Basru from Seegreen Lodges.

Camping*

Seegreen has gained popularity amongst campers in the area on account of its location. We are located on the periphery of Benong bird sanctuary and this offers us ample opportunities to take our guests camping. Lambi Dehar Mine

Located 10 kms from Library Chawk Mussoorie Lambi Daher Miner is infamous for being one of the most haunted places around. It has a ghostly aura to it and its unique setting will indeed send some chills down your spine.

Many movies and TV serials are shot in this place too.

One can camp at George Everest Peak to visit Lambi Dehar Mine.

Forest Camp

Located right in the Mussoorie Wildlife Sanctuary, some 3 km away from seegreen lodge, the Camp provides a stunning view of the Himalayas. The campsite is surrounded by forests of Deodar, Blue Pine, Oak, and Apple, making a perfect stay in nature. Also surrounded by towering peaks like George Everest and Being Hill, the campsite is perfect for every season and for every kind of traveler.

Ridge Camp

Located on the ridge high up the mountain slopes, the hike is about 1.5 hours from seegreen. Camp here is most recommended on full moon nights as one can soak in the beauty of moon lit valleys and camping here is a memorable experience. Wake up to bird calls and ‘hot tea ready’ shouts from kitchen tent.

Cycling

Who doesn't love exploring nature on cycles breathing the fresh air especially when you are in Queen of hills – Mussoorie.

We are blessed to be stationed in a valley that is best suited for cycling explorations around this hill station. Here are popular cyclist trails….

Camel Back Road

It is located at a distance of 3km from Mall road Mussoorie.

It has natural layout of rocks shaped camel hump at the end of the road and thus the name.

One can spend an hour of more in exploring the place. A good place to boost calmness and inner peace

Hathi Paon

Located at a distance of 5km from Mussoorie, Hathi paon is elevated at 6700sq ft. It is located at the summit of Hill top of a village called Saskhet.

People visit here for better glimpse of the Himalayan Ecosystem.

Exploring time is around 3km and the entry to Hathi Paon is free.

Company Garden

Company garden is 3kms from Mall Road Mussoorie and is also known as Municipal Garden or Company Bagh. The ride to the garden has beautiful view, one can take stops to click pictures.

It has beautiful flowers and an Amusement Park and also has boating facilities.
